Cancellation & Refund Policy

This page explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work when you book a hop-on hop-off ticket through hoponhopofftickets.istanbul. We have kept it straightforward so you always know where you stand. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling your Booking
You can cancel your Booking by contacting us: reply to your confirmation email, use the live chat on the site, message us on WhatsApp, or email support@authenticdaytour.com.

| Less than 24 hours before your travel date | No refund. If you have not used your ticket yet, you may be able to change it to a different date, subject to availability. |

| No-show | No refund and no exchange. |
Changing your Booking
Need to adjust your plans? Contact us before your scheduled start time and we will change your Booking where possible.

| Travel date or time | Free of charge, subject to availability, if you ask before the scheduled start time. |
| Different pass or option | Available subject to availability. If the new option costs more, you pay the difference securely through Stripe; if it costs less, we refund the difference. |
All changes must be requested before the original scheduled start time and are subject to availability. We will send an updated confirmation by email and WhatsApp as proof of the change.
Cancellation by the Supplier or force majeure
If your trip is cancelled by the Supplier, or cannot go ahead because of circumstances beyond anyone’s control, such as severe weather, government restrictions, natural disasters or public health emergencies, you will receive a full refund. We will let you know by email and WhatsApp as soon as we are aware.
Our guarantee
We stand behind every Booking:
- Wrong ticket: if we deliver the wrong date, option or ticket type, we will fix it right away or give you a full refund.
- Ticket not working: if your ticket does not work when you board because of an error on our side, our team resolves it, usually within minutes.
- Service disrupted: if the service cannot run as described because of the Supplier, you get a free rebooking or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How refunds work
- Where: refunds go back to the original payment method you used (the same card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
- When: we start the refund within 1 business day. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, and up to 10 for some international cards.
- Amount: you receive the full Booking Price, except where a change or a partial refund applies as described above.
